Students & Faculty

Students

Students are a vital part of the Tufts University Art Galleries’ staffing. Several paid and volunteer opportunities for both undergraduate and graduate students exist at both our Medford and Boston locations to get involved and are open to any student, regardless of major. Faculty

There are many ways—with no set formula—for faculty to get involved with the Galleries. You can visit with your class, arrange a tour with a student Gallery Attendant, or develop a class session to co-teach with the Manager of Academic Programs. As exhibitions rotate, there are opportunities to offer scholarly expertise by contributing to interpretative materials for exhibits and/or to participate in or co-host a public program in conjunction with the exhibitions. If you have an idea you’d like to discuss, please contact Liz Canter.
