Overt/Covert

The Tufts University Art Gallery is pleased to announce Overt/Covert, the inaugural exhibition in the Remis Sculpture Court of the Aidekman Arts Center on Tufts Medford/ Somerville campus. Each work in this exhibition presents a variation on the paradox of overt and covert aggression at the heart of the enterprise of warfare—and asks us to ponder its consequences, especially in human terms. Overt/Covert has been organized by Amy Ingrid Schlegel, the new director of the galleries and collections at Tufts, as part of the Gallery’s expanded programming offerings.
